Contact us
Small independent site, no contact form, no ticket number. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A tour here whose price, route, vehicle or pickup point has changed. Wine-country details move more than you would think, and we would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
- A wine tour that genuinely reaches Fredericksburg or the Hill Country and is not on the site. If it has a real, currently bookable listing page with published departures, send the link.
- A question about a tasting day that neither the FAQ nor our guides answers.
- Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.
If you run one of these tours
Operators are welcome to correct us, and we would rather be corrected than be tidy. If a stop on your route has changed, if a winery on your itinerary has been swapped, if lunch is now included when this site says it is not, or if a tasting fee has moved, write and say so. Corrections are made against the live listing, so the fastest route is a short note plus the listing page the change is already reflected on.
Two things we will not do. We will not remove an accurate figure because it is unflattering, and we will not move a tour up a page. Category leads are set by review count and nothing else, which is a rule anyone can check against the numbers on the cards.

What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, change a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent when you booked. It carries your reference number, the pickup time, the exact meeting point and a message button that reaches the people actually holding your seat. On a same-day question that is always quicker than us, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone. The meeting point, because a downtown pickup, a hotel pickup in San Antonio and the rear lot at the visitor center are three different places. And the cancellation terms, because thirteen of the tours here refund free up to 24 hours out and six do not refund at all.
Still deciding which tour? The five categories narrow 19 tours down faster than we can by email, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the numbers come from.
